研討會簡介

為促進日本與臺灣學者與學生之間，就智慧財產權、生成式AI、著作權等主題之相關學術交流，由國立臺灣大學法律學院邀請日本東洋大學、明治大學進行學術交流。本次交流會旨在促成日本與臺灣之間的學術對話，主題涵蓋各類與智慧財產權及生成式AI、著作權有關之法律議題。

To promote academic exchanges on topics such as intellectual property rights and generative AI and copyright between Japanese and Taiwanese students from diverse academic backgrounds, College of Law (National Taiwan University), Toyo University and Meiji University are pleased to organize a symposium and workshop. The symposium and workshop will explore various issues related to intellectual property rights and generative AI and copyright in both Japan and Taiwan, to foster academic dialogue between Japan and Taiwan.
