由經濟部智慧財產局、智慧財產及商業法院主辦，台灣智慧財產法學會、國立臺灣大學法律學院科技倫理與法律研究中心協辦，國立臺灣大學法律學院科際整合法律學研究所策劃、智慧財產培訓學院（TIPA）執行之2024 TIPA國際研討會「專利侵權訴訟攻防與技術爭點之審理程序：美歐日經驗及臺灣實踐」，特別邀請德國法官、美國及日本律師等富有經驗的專家、我國智慧財產及商業法院庭長、實務律師與學者進行交流。本次研討會已於2024年10月4日於國立臺灣大學法律學院霖澤館舉行，並開放線上直播，吸引來自產、官、學、研等界共323位人士共襄盛舉。 研討會第一場次至第三場次邀請Tobias Pichlmaier法官（Legally Qualified Judge at the Unified Patent Court/ Presiding Judge at the Higher Regional Court Munich）、馬宗聖合夥律師（飛翰外國法事務律師事務所Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner）、東崎賢治合夥律師（長島・大野・常松法律事務所Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu），針對「專利侵權訴訟攻防與技術爭點之審理程序」議題，分享其德國及歐洲、美國、日本之實務經驗。
第四場次則邀請張哲倫合夥律師（理律法律事務所）介紹臺灣現況與檢討。各場次依序安排經濟部智慧財產局局長、智慧財產及商業法院庭長、實務律師與學者擔任致詞人、主持人、與談人，包括廖承威局長、陳駿璧院長、陳聰富講座教授、沈宗倫教授、汪漢卿庭長、呂紹凡合夥律師、李素華教授、陳瑋佑教授、張銘晃庭長、歐陽漢菁合夥律師、馮震宇名譽教授、吳從周特聘教授、彭洪英庭長。 透過各場次多名國內外專家共同對話，從實務角度探討專利侵權訴訟攻防策略及技術爭點之審理程序，為我國智慧財產案件的審理程序及制度修正提供借鏡，進一步落實智慧財產案件審理法修正的初衷，使我國智慧財產訴訟制度運作更能貼近實務期待與需求。
2024 TIPA International Symposium Successfully Concludes On October 4, 2024, the Intellectual Property Office, Ministry of Economic Affairs (TIPO), the Intellectual Property and Commercial Court(IPCC), and the Intellectual Property Academy(TIPA) invited Tobias Pichlmaier, Legally Qualified Judge at the Unified Patent Court/Presiding Judge at the Higher Regional Court of Munich, partner Gary C. Ma of Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, and partner Kenji Tosaki of Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu, to share their practical experiences from Germany and Europe, the US, and Japan on the topic " Due process of handling technical disputes in patent infringement lawsuits." This symposium aims to provide a platform for international experts, judges of Taiwan's Intellectual Property and Commercial Court, practicing lawyers, and scholars to exchange their opinions and provide reference for the practice of patent infringement litigations in Taiwan.
